So here is what works for me and I hope it works for you too.

Lack of confidence is an epidemic that impacts everyone. That's right, everyone. Causes of lack of confidence are not completely known and vary from person to person. We all have moments where we sink into feelings of inadequacy, insecurity, and even depression; and while everyone experiences peaks and valleys in their confidence, there are ways to raise your baseline confidence level.

The path to becoming a more confident person isn’t simple. Many people struggle with feeling confident and oftentimes feel as if they never measure up to other people. It’s important to remember that we all have our strengths and weaknesses and we should not compare ourselves to others. The path towards confidence is also not linear—you will experience ups and downs, it's simply a fact of life!
